Do I need an account?

No. Delulu Bestie works without signing up. Everything you write is saved on your phone.

How do I restore Bestie Plus on a new phone?

Open Delulu Bestie → You → Your plan → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

How do I cancel?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Delulu Bestie. Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Delulu Bestie. Deleting the app doesn't cancel.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play order history).

Will I lose my entries if I change phones?

Entries live on your phone. Before you switch, use Settings → Download my data to keep a copy.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete all my data. It can't be undone.

Why is Time Travel locked?

Your first Time Travel journey is free. Bestie Plus unlocks every journey.

Where does the AI come in?

Only in Bestie Plus, & only when you tap it: a reply to your check-in, a session for your own wish, a journey around your words, or hype about something specific. What you type there is not stored. Everything else in the app works without AI.

The voice or music doesn't play.

Check the phone isn't on silent, & that Sound, Bestie's voice & Background music are on in Settings.

Is Delulu Bestie therapy?

No. Delulu Bestie is emotional support & self-reflection, not therapy or medical care.
